The Black Girl Scholarship Fund is financed by a collective of Black women dedicated to investing in the educational journeys of Black girls. Utilizing a giving circle model, the Black Girl Scholarship fund is committed to funding the dreams, educational experiences, and journeys of Black Girls.

We know that Black girls are scholars, experts, researchers, global learners, and leaders in their community. The Black Girl Scholarship Fund cultivates academic excellence in Black girls by providing micro-grants to support their academic endeavors. Research shows that micro-grants increase persistence and graduation rates for students.

The Black Girl Scholarship Fund hopes to reduce the financial burden for Black girls so they can meet their academic goals.
